This blog was born out of enthusiasm of those who regularly taste my cooking. I don’t cook well and often enough to consider myself a good cook. I like food and have some views and ideas about how it should taste or be prepared, though that doesn’t make me exceptional or even special. And I can think of at least a couple of my friends who are far more skilled and accomplished in the art of cooking.
So I am doing this blog more as a reference for myself, and for those who want recipes for things I have cooked.
